All Sales Are Final

All purchases made online or in-store are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

Exceptions – Our Error

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

• You received the wrong item,

• Your item arrived damaged or defective, or

• There was an error made by Pretty Girl Hustle during order processing or shipping.

If one of the above applies, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order at prettygirlhustleher@gmail.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Cosmetics, body oils, and lip gloss

• Candles or home fragrance products

• Apparel or accessories worn or used

• Custom or personalized items

• Event tickets, vendor fees, or deposits
